Quint Project: Business Change Manager

The Quint Project is developing the new European sales quotation tool (t-quote). T-Quote will be implemented in all European MSCO’s, one after another. It is already live in Norway and is about the start in Finland in October 2018. We are therefore looking for a new colleague to strengthen the project team and work on the business change process, analyzing gaps and prepare the MSCO’s before the “GO LIVE” and guide them through the implementation process.

Your Challenge

  • Close collaboration and interaction with project team and/or central functions (Service, Rental & Used,…)
  • Ensure acceptance of T-Quote in MSCO’s
  • Identify GAP’s in MSCO’s before starting the roll out & following up
  • Capturing of overall business change needs based on formulated business requirements and functionalities
  • Follow up and report on progress of business changes driven by central functions together with the project team
  • Risk analyses, assessment and mitigation planning related to business change
  • It is crucial that all requirements captured by QUINT are accepted by the business once the solution is to be rolled out
  • It should be the accountability of the central business functions to ensure that what has been agreed with QUINT also is accepted and will/can be used by the MSCO’s
  • Any local actions required to ensure that individual sales people understand and accept any new ways of working are part of the rollout planning and execution, but the overall acceptance by an MSCO must be secured well in advance, including an understanding of the local responsibility at the time of rollout

Your Profile

  • Strong communication & Presentation skills
  • A structured and enthusiastic approach towards problem solving & following up
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent team player, strong drive and self-motivated
  • Your English is fluent (verbally & written), any other language is an asset
  • You are open to extensive travel across Europe (MSCO’s)
